OLENA LYSYCHKA
Olena obtained Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology at Bond University and Master of Psychology at Griffith University. She has practiced her psychology skills in public mental health, government organisations, private companies, and the Bond University Psychology Clinic.
Olena is the owner and director of Vector S Psychology. She is available for well-being counseling, coaching, career development, career counseling, as well as individual and couple therapy.

DR RICHARD HICKS
I have had a wide and varied career and enjoy helping individuals achieve their own personal and career goals.
I have main interests in academic counselling and supervision, management consulting, and especially in helping identify current and potential workplace strengths of individuals and work teams.
I am currently an honorary Adjunct Professorship at Bond University (where I was Visiting Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Professor of
Psychology from 1996 to 2021. I held prior cross-cultural psychology and managerial appointments in PNG, Zambia and NSW, mainly in group and individual test use and development including in assessment centres.
I am interested in helping practising psychologists and human resource specialists understand the use and value of selected health and work-related questionnaires- such as the Apollo Profile, the Occupational Stress
Inventory-Revised, the Psychological Capital Questionnaire, the MBTI, and a variety of other questionnaires covering interests, values, personality and
team roles.

We offer short courses on these from time to time.
I welcome enquiries concerning careers and personal training in specialist occupational questionnaires, and in dealing with work-life transitions.
